Booking and Cancellation Policy
When booking, a payment or deposit will be taken against the credit card provided. Where one night is booked, the full payment is required. Where more than one night is booked, the first night payment is required as deposit.
We adhere to a standard cancellation policy but always reserve the right to change this at our discretion.
If a single booking for one room is made and consequently cancelled within two weeks of the arrival date, 50% of the booking price is forfeited. If cancellation is within one week, 100% of the booking price is forfeited.
If the booking is cancelled outside of the two weeks and a reasonable amount of time is left for the room to be re-sold, then generally no cancellation fee is applied but this is entirely at the discretion of the management.
This policy applies to a single booking of one room only – if multiple rooms (more than one room) are booked, a deposit is requested at the time of booking and then the full fee will be taken if cancelled within four weeks of the arrival date.
If a booking is made on a special promotional offer then the full fee is taken on cancellation. In inclement weather or extreme circumstances, the situation will be judged at the discretion of the owners – taking into consideration the ease of the journey.

We are a Pet Friendly hotel and welcome Pets within all bedrooms and public areas under the supervision of their owners. Pets are allowed to be left in bedrooms alone at their owners discretion but any damage will be chargeable to the owner.
We do not allow pets in the Formal Dining Room but they are welcome everywhere else.
The standard charge is £8.50 per pet per night.
